What do you like best?
We have just been introduced to and are in the process of trying this out in the last week and we are loving how fast and easy it is to use. You don't have to use technical terms to get to what your looking for. Also, liking that it has autocompletion and can group search results and you can customize the search box.
What do you dislike?
So far, really nothing. Still a lot to check out but so far it seems like a great thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Still deciding for sure for us so hard to make recommendations beyond it is definitely worth looking into and has a lot of positive characteristics.

I give 4 stars instead of five because there were some problems in the beginning with the searches but I must say I am very much impressed with the service. Every issue that came up was resolved either immediately or within a few days even some features that are not standard were build in. Everything works without problems now.
What do you like best?
My client's website relies heavily on PDF catalogs, some of which are quite large. I have been routinely indexing the website and noticed over 100 PDFs were unable to be indexed due to a Server Error (500). I emailed Site Search 360 and received a response within a few hours detailing the cause of my issue, along with a solution.
Abbie upgraded my size limit by 8MB and also provided helpful tips to solve my PDF size issue for the future.
What do you dislike?
Beyond a bit of a time difference in allowing me to contact them, Site Search 360 has so far proven to be a useful and reliable search engine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Site Search 360 is easy to use and implement into your website within much HTML knowledge. There are several customizations available to tweak the results and how your site will be indexed. If there are any issues, the team is quick to respond to your queries with solutions.

As described above, my client relies heavily on PDF catalogs for his website. Site Search 360 provides a quick and easy way to index the site and provides relevant results along with thumbnails of the pages in question.
What do you like best?
The SiteSearch is a very easy to use product. The integration into our website was straight forward and it just works. The company has also consistently released new features and updates which is awesome! The support is also good, very response and understanding. Overall great product and company!
