What do you like best?
It's great to have all the data centralized on one platform. Otherwise, we would have to create scripts to pull the data from each network's API. So, in our use case, it definitely can speed up our workload. It has a good support, every time we have an issue it was a quick answer.
What do you dislike?
The UI is not that flexible, it takes a lot of time on response. If I were you, I would probably try to work harder on it. I've tried also Appsflyer and have similar issues so it could a good point to stand out vs your competitors.
On the other hand, we have also had some issues related to the data load. Once, we lost the expenses from Adwords for the last 7 days and since it's a major network for us it broke all our ROI related reports.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As far as I know, since I work on Data and not directly in business, we currently use Singular only for reporting purposes related to the costs of our campaigns at different levels. At first, we tried to use it as a replacement to AppsFlyer but we experienced some discrepancies with it and decided to keep it on AppsFlyer's side.
Regarding the benefits, as I mentioned above, on my side at least it's related to have only one source of information. We could have probably leveraged more from it If we had used it as an attribution platform as well.
What do you like best?
We've finally gotten to a place where we can use some of our Singular data reliably. The support team is helpful and responds quickly.
What do you dislike?
Everything seems to be a process. Singular seems behind some of the other competitor platforms in terms of integrations and challenges that we face in Singular that seem to have been solved by other solutions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
MMP Attribution is helpful. I understand it's doing the best it can with a difficult problems that arise from attribution, but there are still some challenges and what feels like holes in our data. It feels like the solutions are almost there but then take weeks of back and forth to get to some kind of solution or the features just don't fully deliver and we need to find a workaround on our part.
What do you like best?
The ability to view different countries from different platforms in one consolidated platform. I also liked the ability to see different attribution options.
What do you dislike?
Reports can take a while to load and the platform. It could also be improved by integration straight into the platforms so we can make changes in Singular that get actioned immediately.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Consolidation of data and pulling multiple different sources together. Doing this allowed us to improve our overall marketing strategy approach by giving us a holistic overview of aggregated performance.

Granularity of the reporting. Many ways to segment.

Not enough unity function support, revenue validation.

i like how customizable the dashboard is with all the different dimensions. i also like how we're able to share links for the view

the support team can be pretty slow to respond and unresponsive. i would loop in our representative and yet i still wouldn't get a response for a week +

singular is primarily used for cost ingestion with our different partners.
one of the main benefits i like is being able to see very granular reporting to the site id and creative information. this helps us find fraud on a site id level and also to optimize creatives across channels
