What do you like best?
$5/month. It's asking for 40 characters of what i liked most and i didn't really have a like most part of it because i came from a real estate platform product...dotloop
What do you dislike?
If 3 people are in transaction and I only need 2 to sign it's a pain. If I'm not signing I don't always get cc'd. The size of the signatures and initials could still go smaller. No consistent template, every transaction is a new one.

it doesn't have the functionality of dotloop. it can't be set up as a ongoing saved template

What do you like best?
At first glance, smart fields, GoogleDrive connection, the ability to send multiple document to different persons in the same loop.
What do you dislike?
We have met and reported bugs that taught us the solution was not reliable, which is absolutely unbelievable for a legal tech company. Bugs remained unfixed as of May 2020.

This solution is not to be considered as it may cause you legal issues in the end.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a legal company, we've chose to move to SignRequest and subscribed to their "high-end" plan.
The product looked simple but complete, allowing us to use nice functions such as smart fields, sending multiple documents to different signers (...).
Yet it quickly appeared that the system is filled with bugs :
- 1 time out of 3, your signers will end up receiving a non-executed copy of the documents (!) ;
- document's status is bugged in the users' space and doesn't allow to sort by executed / ongoing (...) ;
- GoogleDrive connection is broken and will synch only some of your documents (apparently randomly).
We've reported those bugs amongst others to the support team, which was very reactive in its answer, but one month after our request, those bugs aren't fixed.
I could not recommend least a solution which does so poorly its job.

I like that it is pretty easy to select templates. It does seem to be pretty easy to tab between fields to add information.
What do you dislike?
I am not sure that the interface is as user friendly as other programs are.

We are able to send customers electronic agreements which is handy when keeping social distancing in mind. Customers can sign while we are present at their homes or electronically through e-mail.
What do you like best?
I do like that the final PDF form with completed signatures is unchangeable and is immediately downloadable once all signatures are present.
What do you dislike?
Font style choices are very limited and unless you are using a tablet or computer with touchscreen capability to write your own signature, you are limited in the choices for a signature that is YOU. It is also very time-consuming to form the signature boxes. The signature boxes themselves do not align properly with signature lines. After trial and error, our organization discovered that the signature line needs to be dead centered in the signature box. If it is not, the signature floats far above the signature line, looking sloppy. You also cannot move the signature to align with the signature line without making your signature larger than life.

We are an university-based medical clinic and require signatures from both student clinicians and licensed health professionals to co-sign their documentation.
