The new platform is absolutely awful. Classic example of computer programmers being let loose with no field testing using actual clients. Took me two hours to complete a task that I used to be able to do in less than ten minutes. Thought I had cracked it came back next day could not complete a document. Help only available 9-5 Monday to Friday?

Received a cold call for a phone contract change. Then received an email about the contract - clicked on it and apparently I'm now legally bound to accepting the contract! Surely before you "click" any box to accept a contract, they should verify that you have SEEN and even READ the contract?!!!!! DISGRACEFUL

Another company sold them my details without my permission. I know this because the email starts with Hi, followed by that companies name..It also says.. You received this email because you are subscribed to Winback campaign from Signable .

This is a follow-up review because after almost 4 weeks I have finally got the document completed that with a pen and paper will take about 30 minutes!This whole experience has been a joke from start to finish and quite frankly I would recommend everybody to avoid this ridiculous app!I had hair when I started the process I am now somewhat thin on top.One of the worst experiences of my life.I will be encouraging the company that I’m joining to get rid of this and start behaving in a more professional way.

On first glance this appeared to be a good product for us (100 user business). Easy to use, unlimited users and great value for money (massively cheaper than anything else I've seen). It is still a good choice for individuals/small businesses due to the fact that it costs peanuts, however it is not fit for purpose for a business with multiple users/teams. The security and collaborative features are seriously lacking (i.e. you can have separate teams, but you can't isolate one team from another - users can either view their own envelopes only or everything across all teams). Another big downside is the new interface released in July 2019. As an admin of several users in my company I am receiving several complaints about the usability of the product, and I can only agree. We had no such issues with the prior version and it's hard to see where any improvements have been made. Their support is quick to respond however they are very defensive of their product rather than offering any useful advice. We will be looking elsewhere next year.
