What do you like best?
I like that Sigma is able to aggregate all of the data I need in one dashboard/report. It's fairly easy to use as well.
What do you dislike?
It takes forever to load reports and that is very frustrating. It makes it almost a useless service for me. Also, the dashboards aren't very pretty. Geckoboard has a much nicer design.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look at all of your options.

I am experience problems with load time. It takes forever to load reports and they sometimes time out. Benefits are that the information is useful and digestable.
What do you like best?
Sigma as a company is very easy to work with and responsive to our needs/concerns.
What do you dislike?
Sigma is not at enterprise-level yet, missing some of the key (basic) functionalities and intuitions needed for cross-functionality.

Be specific on your needs and verify with their roadmap.

We've been able to streamline some of the basic calculations and functions that formerly lived within Excel. However, because of the lack of inputting options, this is well short of full development.
What do you like best?
Slick user interface, quickly perform computational transformations on data, visualize trends, great for small data sets
What do you dislike?
Data export limitation to 150k rows (less if not using google sheets), difficult to implement user based security, only has small selection of dashboard elements

Try it for yourself and make sure you can share data as your business process requires.

Sigma's user interface is very intuitive, making it simple for someone with no SQL experience to pull data. The filters are great and the ability to download as csv/excel/etc is excellent too.
What do you dislike?
It's hard to figure out how to perform some basic functions. For example, I've been unable to save specific filters. My colleague is also unable to figure out how to download as Excel: I have the option but can't find where the button is in her interface.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am using Sigma to download data on a weekly basis for a report that I put together. This helps me save time jiggering with SQL in Snowflake instead.
