They just dont have a process for resolving complains!!!! THIS IS LOGISTICS. YOU CANNOT HAVE A SLA OF 3 WHOLE DAYS!! MY SHIPMENT IS STUCK FOR 13 DAYS MAN!! I WROTE A MAIL TO SHILPI GARG ON FRIDAY. NO BLOODY RESOLUTION. I WROTE TO THE SUPPORT TEAM ON CHAT. NO RESOLUTION. THEY SAID THEY WILL RESOLVE IT IN 3 DAYS!!!!! I used delhivery and bluedart, and I was much happier as I had an account manager in both the companies who resolved these exceptions within the working day!! I uploaded my wallet for 12K and now I am stuck untill I finish it off!! But for sure!! DONT USE SHIPROCKET. I even ask for the escalation contact details but nobody gives them to me!! I have been waiting to be assigned an accounts manager - but nada!! I have written only three negative reviews in my life. Also, I am a process auditor by profession, your process of complaint resolution for this industry is messed up!!

shiprocket is the worst platform. i had very bad experiences pickups r delayed & delivery also never happens when we talk to the customers they say they had never recevied any calls from the delivery guys whereas in remarks it will be mentioned has customer not accepted/not attended the call or not in station where we end up by paying the service charges & ver bad customer support

They have a bad record of cheating customers by fraudulently FAKE charging them. The billing system is confusing and pathetic.Their support system is pathetic and the staff is highly unprofessional. Some staff named, Julie, Dipika, Jasprit, Harsha Maurya, Sudip Kumar Paul, Divya Bhatt, Manmeet Kaur. Ticket response time generally take 15-20daysDont be tempted by cheap rate. you will be end up by paying a lot. They malpractice with the shipment weight . If you shipped via Fedex , check exact weight charged by fedex at fedex tracking page. but you always find shiprocket charged higher weight everytime to loot seller money. Recently I have been cheated Rs Rs 9888. My three fedex awb 778096523648--778094429125--778094291401, Picked up from kolkata and returned to me on the same day as I did not provide eway bill as shipment value was more than 50K. Now what happened, Fedex charged me Rs 4944 for forwarding & Returning Rs 4944. This is disgusting when I request for refund shiproket said Shipment containing Battery thats why fedex could not forward. Is it not rediculus? Shiprocket can do anyting to refuse your refund. These are not all , I have lot more bad experience with them. I suggest dont run for cheap rate. At the end you will be disappointed losing more money with poor quality service. I also have been using shyplite and delhivery.com since last two years. They provides fast reply and making me happy.Thanks for your time !!

Dear everyone, please don't ship your orders by shiprocket.Everytime they are adding wrong shipping charges in my billing.I send 0.5kg shipments , they charge us 2-4kg in billings.Not only for 1 shipment, they charge many shipments wrongly. Due to their wrong shipping charges, I left using shiprocket and started using Shyplite.Shyplite is the bigger fraud than shiprocket.Because shiprocket adds 3-4 kg as wrong weiht.But this Shyplite is billing me Rs.2500 as shipping charge.Before shipping they show Rs.30-50 as delivery charge, in some shipments they are adding Some ODA hidden charges and billing Rs.2500 for Rs.50 shipment and whose order value is Rs.180.They should inform us before shipping that its a ODA region and you will be charged Rs.2500 for it.Who will book Rs 2500 shipment for Rs 180 item?.....I would have not shipped it...At final billing they deduct heavy shipping amounts from us....faced severe losses from these both couriers....Better stay away from them....Even I heard that zepo courier is also fraud.Now Shhiprocket don't contact me for deleting this review.Last time u deleted my review, but this time u can't.I want people to be safe and away from you frauds.I don't want innocent people to lose thier money.
