PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I really like how simple the user interface is and how I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve initially. I think you can quickly learn to use this tool in the space of 30 minutes and be good to go. Another thing that I found impressive is how it has met all of the needs of my business while at the same time still have features that I haven't used yet. I don't think I've used it to its full potential yet. The cherry on top is that this also comes with an excellent customer support team that is always ready to help you out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is really a minor complaint, but I'd love to see some changes made with regards to the reporting feature. We didn't really use some terms in our business, but it's nothing that some studying didn't solve quickly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was deeply impressed by how this tool empowered our customers and allowed them to customize their own inventory and shipping options. That is really exceptional. It has also made cross-platform inventory management a breeze, whether the platforms are eBay, Rakuten, Amazon, or what-have-you.
