What are the best aspects of this product?

Everyone in our church likes how Servant Keeper made efficient our work, especially on tracking attendance of the youth. These reports we share with parents. The automated system thus allows us to share quickly their kids' attendance or non-attendance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had encountered errors in updating the directory.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Servant Keeper helped our church in ensuring the safety of participating kiddos, especially when it comes to knowing their allergies or other health conditions and determining whether the person picking them up are authorized by guardians. For this, Servant Keeper provides a receipt to those authorized to get the kids.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our first impression with Servant Keeper is that it was easy to use. We continued using it and we are very happy with how it has transformed our processes at church, especially on keeping records of participants and visitors. A big advantage is that it works on the cloud, so anyone of us from the internal team of the church can access files anywhere and even through mobile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The need to create a lot of files for different aspects of the operations is quite time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Servant Keeper brought more order in the way we record membership and track their contributions.

I love how Servant Keeper cleanly categorizes groups, for instance, based on memberships and non-membership contributions, and lay them down neatly in one location. It also integrates seamlessly with our in-house systems and databases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing about Servant Keeper that disappoints me.

Servant Keeper is an efficient way to input information of members or visitors and their corresponding contributions, among a variety of information you can include such as interests, etc. With Servant Keeper we have an organized safekeeping of our records.

Servant Keeper generates very comprehensive reports that are crucial in our decision making. Aside from this, you have a wide room to personalize how to present the report.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The three-step process to access the platform is tedious. I think the two steps would be enough.
