I signed up and cancelled a few months later. Found it not really necessary because I found it more comfortable to track using a simple spreadsheet. You rank just as well. There are much more useful tools that you can buy using that price.What's more, customer service is almost non-existent, as the owner himself is answering all your queries. Asked for a refund because I didn't use the account twice and didn't get one single reply.

it doesnt do anything at all,i didnt even want to continue and i am charged automatically as i wanted to cancel my subscription and a refund but no response at all,no customer support ,nothing at all,stay away from this fraud thing

Not what I expected

I love the concept of this SAAS and the ease of use. The link maps it creates are great and very useful for those who are looking for a linking plan and how to use anchor text. However, my biggest complaint is that you can not download anything. You can't download your link maps. So, you have to manually enter links onto their system (not a huge big deal) or buy links from the attached service. And after all of that, its a lot of manual copy/paste to move that info off of their system and put into your own tracking systems. If they would have added a download feature, they'd be getting 5 stars, but that's a big enough shortcoming to rate 3

I really like the concept of this tool, and I've been using it for a few clients. It is a little difficult to navigate and understand exactly how the link maps work at first (still not totally sure I understand it), so an expansive tutorial on what everything means could be helpful.
