What do you like best?
At this point, little to rave about. I used to love the simplicity of it but right now, honestly, not even that. I have to spent tons of time following up with their customer service to get two simple problems resolved. And I don't mean 1x. I mean several times like 10x or so and still nothing. I was hoping I could stay with them because I hate the idea of changing things over, however, NOT ANYMORE!
What do you dislike?
Worst customer service in history taking days and even weeks to reply to one simple message. The problems I have had with them have been months and I still have no resolution, not for lack of following up! I have many many times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't care about customer service or taking advantage of all their features, go ahead. If you do, go with someone else that has great customer service.

It looks like they have features and it looks like they do what we need.
What do you dislike?
Years with the same bugs they do not fix. Features come and go and ignore feedback. Non-responsive to questions and support. All responses are sales oriented. Can not filter by country. Acts like it can, but can not. They have dropped some social features with no warning. I am in a webinar.. They start by putting out a broken bit.ly link. When told it is not a working link, they send it again. Then a link to G2 that does not respond to the question. Then no response to other questions. This is all just a big sales net and no attention to function or quality. I was a customer a long time and gave up on them. I keep trying to be a customer but communication is always terrible. All sales and no technical expertise.

Do not over obligate youself. No evidence they are paying attention.

Covering a lot of B2B social media with a single tool.
What do you like best?
It allows for scheduling to multiple platforms/channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike?
Scheduled posts don't always (oftentimes actually post to Facebook, LinkedIn, ect. even though they are marked as "sent" on the Sendible platform. The only way to discover this is by double checking your social channels manually every time you have something scheduled to post, which is tedious and time consuming, especially when you're managing multiple channels for multiple clients.

If you're looking for a reliable program that will help you increase your productivity and make social media management easier, look elsewhere.

The idea of the platform is great- it's user-friendly and saves social media managers time. But, it actually has wasted my time by making me redo work over again when it fails to share the posts I've scheduled without any notification of there being issues with sending posts. Sendible will instead mark them as being sent successfully, as if there were no problem at all.
What do you like best?
The opportunity to schedule posts on multiple platforms - when they don't randomly get disconnected without notice. The reporting is also a benefit, but because of the issues, I question the validity of the information it presents.
What do you dislike?
Trying to schedule posts and then they do no go out at all, and not receiving notice (until hours later or not at all that the post was not published. It has been a large hassle to schedule posts, look to see if they've been published, then need to go back and publish directly on the platform.

We stopped using it for Facebook because of all the scheduling issues, and experience frequent issues trying to publish on Linked In or Twitter.
What do you like best?
It does allow you to post to multiple social media outlets from one central local.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't offer the aggregating tools that Hootsuite offers. The program often closes a draft of a post, after clicking schedule, and doesn't schedule the post. It will just disappear with no record of it ever being written. I've also had Sendible send out triple copies of an email blast. When contacted for an explanation, Sendible had no idea what went wrong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend other similar products. Sendible is definitely not the best option out there.

I'm currently not using Sendible. I had used it at a previous job. I'm currently using Hubspot and I'm much happier. Even before that I had used Hootsuite and it was much easier to navigate and utilize for posting.
