I used this service for close to a year, I think, and it was OK. However, my last experience was scheduling an email send, which simply did not go out. It stalled at "Sending...".As every marketer knows, this is the ultimate bad experience. You don't know if it will go out eventually, in which case you don't want to send through another source, because you will double send.Contacted Sender for assistance. Extremely poor response. It has a "Live Chat" facility, but that just means posting a message, then sender gets back to you via email. Took 11 hours to respond. Did not understand the problem. Was not interested. Did not help. Eventually cancelled the send, crossed my fingers, and used SendGrid to send out he campaign.Just avoid. It is not worth the risk.

on sender.Fist I import some mail from another email provider .When I created my mail template .I clicked tested my mail(send mail to me).after testing mail ,i couldn't login .it showed "the account is suspended ".They suspended me without giving any reason .why?

The UI is simple and intuitive, that I fell in love with at first. A treat to use even if the formatting of the editor doesn't always hold true. Loved the simplicity and usability, however ran into serious problems with subscriber management, to the point that we accidentally sent a non-intended email to the whole recipient base, and it's not been possible to exclude any recipient groups since, therefore making the service utterly useless. There's been no fix or updates, so we'll have to migrate to another service, that is super frustrating after all the work done. Pick another service that does its job.

First warning sign was the terrible mobile ui. It's 2021, if your business can't even get a mobile design right what are you even doing? Next they wouldn't let me continue the signup process because my last name was less than 3 letters. I guess these people have never met Asians before in their life! Just as well, I was questioning their competency anyway. Also go check out the "reviewers" leaving them 5 star reviews. Funny how they all seem to be leaving reviews for the same 4 sites!
