What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Seismic's ability to customize materials at a very detailed level but still easy to use. Also, the Salesforce integration is a huge plus. It provides great value for our sales and marketing team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took us a long time to get everything sorted out. I would have appreciated a little bit more help to get us up and running faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were struggling with version control issues and Seismic has helped tremendously. Also, our sales team loves its ability to personalize and customize materials very quickly and easily.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the pages and books are organized in a manner that allows the user to see which pages are shared and which are not. I also like how it minimizes the work I usually do before when updating or building presentation books.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still bugs that need to be worked out. Page numbers, bolding/non-bolding, and Seismic freezing seem to be the most prevalent issues though they just crop up once in a while.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Seismic allows me to have instant access to customized sales pitches for all of my clients. This has cut down my pre-call planning and the amount of documents that I carry and created a greater level of compliance across my business. It changed the way that I do business and given me the time to focus more on my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be unreliable at times. The server goes down and you must have a strong internet access to generate a pitch.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Seismic works with you as it works on the entire implementation from start to finish, allowing you to focus on other important things. Its ease of implementation has been key to our firm's onboarding of this solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The coding is complex, and although we have not had an issue yet, I have concerns about how to address difficult new requirements if and when they arise.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped in the automation of all collateral, including quarterly presentation decks, quarterly factsheets and client reviews. We have already realized huge beenfits in time and ease of production, as well as the accuracy of the data, eliminating the risk of human error in data entry.
