What do you like best?
Simple interface, easy to use. Appeared intuitive.

The program did not provide an adequate link to allow the remote access to be useable. Unable to figure out a solution where this program would work for our organization.

Trying to contract out work that requires remote access to a secure PC.

The access is fast. Once I I choose the IP address, it connects quickly

It takes too many clicks to find the correct IP address for the station you are accessing.

Its useful and functional. I like that its what we have available.
What do you dislike?
It frequently times out connection. In comparison to something like VNC, the full screen functionality is not as workable.

- single account to access multiple gatekeeper and host

- frequently getting disconnected from active session
- require high network bandwidth for ease of access

- remove Java dependency
- improve application performance so that it can be accessible in low bandwidth as well.

What do you like best?
Works great for controlling access to the systems. It's very nice to have the log and recordings of activity.

The user interface for performing administration could be refined a bit. There are a lot of obscure links for important functions, like approving someone's access.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allowing system access to vendors while minimizing risk to the network. This was worked very well to isolate them to specific machines and have an audit trail of everything that they did while logged on.
