What do you like best?
A simple platform to work with and the setup is quick.
What do you dislike?
Their Pay As You Go plan is a little confusing. I thought I was paying for a pay as you go service, I didn't realise that I was tied into a monthly contract plus the pay as you go on top. I ended up paying £10 for 1 document I sent the whole month.
Customer service was not quick in replying and I am still waiting for my email reply after one week.

Lacking features, specifically in identity verification.

A more legal method of communication via email, typically only done with paper. Easier than paper and electronic items are easy to keep track of.
What do you like best?
General look was very pleasing to the eye and the software was very easy to navigate around.
What do you dislike?
I did not like that i could not change the original document that i had uploaded to the software. If I omitted to change anything on the original document I had to then upload another document a use up another credit.

I would like to see the ability to be able to change a document once uploaded to secured signing.

Printing and Postage. this benefits both our company and our clients.

I love how I can get a client to sign straight away electronically. I can upload my document for signing and send. Love how I get reminders when client hasn't signed yet. I like that they are an Australian company.
What do you dislike?
The interface is sometime a little confusing, I need to click several buttons to get to what I want to do. Also I would like it save my signed documents rather than them being deleted shortly after signing

Problems solving is getting clients to sign documentation quickly and efficiently doing this via internet is most efficient way of doing this.
