What are the best aspects of this product?
I love it that the app allows me to export reports into Excel or PDF. The app can also handle large databases.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This app very rich in functions and features so new users might find it a little overwhelming.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SAP Crystal is a big help for us when it comes to reporting. It's really a functional app where we can create beautifully designed reports.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This app is beginner-friendly. Since it analyzes information well, the app is really helpful to our managers as it guides them in decision-making.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think the software needs to have more updates for better user experience. I also hope that customer service starts improving because based on our experience, they are quite unorganized in addressing our issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The app was able to help us easily track and discover our backlogs. It improved our operations which resulted in higher satisfaction with our customers.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I found the automatic generation of forms helpful. These forms are customizable and flexible to the database being used.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Copy-pasting elements can be a little tedious since it doesn't allow users to do it bulk. I mean, you can't copy-paste multiple objects at once. The interface is a little sensitive. The layout adjusts easily if you move a certain object.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SAP Crystal saves us a lot of time. Creating a report without this app could take a few days. Now we can easily produce presentable reports in PDF.

SAP Crystal can merge data from various resources. Data is easily managed and organized through this app.

It doesn't have a report scheduling feature so we have to use another software for that.

I love the report templates! They are really helpful in creating reports. It makes my job so much easier.

The pricing can be a little pricey if your company is on a budget.

As I've mentioned, the templates make our job easier. I can also share dashboards with other users so creating reports can be collaborative.
