We had our Christmas party with Samaaro for the first time digitally. It was a great experience and the employees had a lot of fun. The team from Samaaro implemented our wishes well in a very short time. The support was very easy to reach and despite language barriers very approachable and eager to implement our requirements. We would continue to prefer on-site events in the future, but if this is not possible, samaaro is a good alternative.Thank you very much!

I recently attended a virtual event hosted by Samaaro. Coming from a non-IT background, it was a bit daunting to imagine myself using a virtual events platform. But as it turned out to be, all you needed was basic knowledge of using a computer.Once I entered the event, I was amused to see a digital space filled with different elements. I specifically enjoyed taking part in the quizzes, polls and Q&A sessions. It was even more intriguing to see the event being customized to the brand guidelines, much like real-life events. I thoroughly enjoyed attending my first virtual event! Kudos to the organizers and Samaaro.

On the 3rd and 4th of Sept, I attended the Renewable Energy India E-Expo, a virtual exhibition which was hosted on Samaaro.To begin with, I found the registration page very helpful, which required only a few details. I was able to log into the event very easily, and avoided the hassle of receiving a mail, entering a code, and so on.Moving on, the interface of the platform was something that I really liked. The design was aesthetically appealing and navigation was butter-smooth.My favourite part was the Exhibition halls and booths. There were around 20 booths at the event and each of them had something unique to engage with and explore. One thing that stood out for me was the ability to schedule meetings with event representatives of the stalls. I also had the opportunity of interacting with a few exhibitors in a one-on-one video chat. This helped me connect with the sellers easily. Another one was the personal briefcase, which allowed me to save documents, I was interested in from the various booths, for later downloading.All-in-all it was great experience being a part of this virtual exhibition.

Over the last few months, I have attended close to 10 virtual events hosted by organizers from all over the world, but the one virtual event that I really enjoyed attending was the REIE, which was hosted on Samaaro. It offered a ton of features which included one-on-one video chats and a personal briefcase.
