What do you like best?
I like that it is easy to manage the equipment, for us it is the tanning beds. You can reset them and start them with minor issues.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that it is very difficult to task manage and you can't switch from one tab to another without completely restarting (entering client's name again) to look up info, while holding the order. There are also many glitches and it shuts down more frequently than it should.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The program doesn't let you switch between tabs which makes it difficult to task manage and look up customer information while holding their sale so you have to start all over again. It should be faster than it is. The benefits are that it is easy to manage the equipment.
What do you like best?
The best feature that Salon Touch has is the pop up memo which allows you to easily communicate between employees so that everyone is on the same page in the work environment.
What do you dislike?
Salon Touch lets you store multiple clients, but I wish it would catch duplicate accounts so that there is no confusion on what client profile to click on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its easy to use and has plenty of features to make accessing client information easy. It also allows for you to process sales and check stats of sales reports.
