What do you like best?
I love the ease of Salonbiz. They’re online training tutorials really set you up for success.
What do you dislike?
It doesn’t work properly half the time and shuts down a lot. The integration with Pure Privilege through Aveda is always faulty. There is no way to set up a customer list by birthday- just birth month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you fully research and read reviews between this and Millenium before choosing. Both have flaws, but you have to outweigh your pros and cons between the two.

Lots of features. Appointment booking is good.
What do you dislike?
Lots of bugs and the wait time for tech support can be over 30 minutes! Tech support is not 24/7

What do you like best?
I like that everything is displayed so you can easily see. It also tells you what each things if you hover over the icons with your mouse
What do you dislike?
Is very slow and not always accurate when booking appointments. I don't like that you cannot change the name of an appointment without having to cancel and rebook it.

I would recommend testing out the software first to see if it fully meets the needs of your salon and spa.

It has impacted my work because it makes it easier to see the appointments for the day, instead of having to use a paper book and pen. It solves my problems by allowing me to also prepare for the days ahead since you can see the calendar.
What do you like best?
SalonBiz has so many great resources when learning to use the system! Not only is this system easy to use, but if there are any questions, SalonBiz has resources on their website such as tutorials to help staff to utilize the software to the best of their ability
What do you dislike?
SalonBiz is very simple and helps keep services and products in order, however I wish there were more ways to save information securely such as credit cards, and maybe access to a "punch card" towards a promotion?

I feel as if SalonBiz is very user friendly for both stylists and receptionists. It is certainly the type of software that you will get what you put into it, so utilize it as much as you can to store client notes, formulas, and even products and even keeping stock!

The system does crash so frequently and we constantly have issues with the server
