What do you like best?
So far nothing. Agent our supposedly personal customer service agent dropped off the face of earth 1 week after signing up, No one was assigned to us. Nobody responds to emails at all. They are always to busy to handle really important stuff like taxes, Child Support in a timely manner
What do you dislike?
W2' s messed up twice and wage garnishments (Child Support) not getting sent out in a timely manner so your employees and their kids get to suffer. Customer service doesn't do anything, I don't think they can. You just get a run around. They will sign you up telling you it can do one thing and it can't so then they try to sell you a hire priced ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it! So no for your employees and your sanity

Unfortunately there was nothing I like about the program.
What do you dislike?
It was not user friendly, the reporting was minimal and you have no control over the report fields. The reports are basic and not very helpful for a payroll department. They don't prenote the employees bank accounts and implementation was a nightmare. Started on 11/30/18 with them and left on 03/08/19. Customer service is a joke. You call and the wait time is anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour, then when you finally get someone they have no clue what they are doing when it comes to payroll.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with ADP Workforce if you are going to make a change. ADP RUN is not a good fit even for a 5 employee company. The reporting is horrible and customer service is questionable at best.

I have realized there were no benefits to ADP RUN and would not recommend the product to anyone who know payroll.

What do you like best?
Decent function. The HR tools are novel and can definitely improve your internal employee experience.
What do you dislike?
The hidden fees that are automatically withdrawn from your account with being reconciled.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We transitioned from Quickbooks Payroll to Run Powered by ADP and quickly noticed that there were "random" fees being taking out outside of of payroll, taxes, and fees. When we searched the Run Powered portal, there isn't a way to quickly determine why these "random" fees are being taking out.
When you contact your sales representative or customer service, you aren't given an answer regarding these "random" fees. I'm not sure of the legality of these fees, but as a small business, I can't afford to pay out $600 - $1200 monthly for no apparent reason. I'm looking for new payroll options as we speak.
What do you like best?
When I first started my business ADP made it a fast and easy process for me I liked that it included PAY AS YOU GO for my workers comp!

the extra fee's and they are not personable.

the problem is it was not user friendly. Benefits are I liked that I can have access to my payroll at anytime.
What do you like best?
It's a good tool for a small business without payroll complexities - the system makes it relatively easy for someone with no payroll or accounting background to run their payroll to get employees paid.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't scale well - we are growing quickly and had some complexities occur this year that the system isn't able to easily help us with. Some of the reporting options is limited for what we need. Customer service is accessible and usually pretty helpful, but I've had a couple issues this year with a more complex situation that took several rounds to finally get the right answer and we ended up needing to file an amended 941 because it took too long for ADP to help. We are switching over to a difference system next year that will be better for us as we grow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have simple payroll needs, this will probably work well for you, but be prepared to need to upgrade when you grow

Processing payroll. Relatively easy to set up and use for simple needs.
