Decent performance with a couple of unclear search features

I found the actual product to be average performance (3 of 5 stars) based although my assistant was able to find a couple of free options so I only needed the medium package. I still found it a bit overpriced (2 of 5 stars) for the number of lookups received. The main reason I am writing a review is due to the COVID-19 epidemic my business is super slow where I can not afford add ons. So when I saw the auto-renew charge notification I called right away to get it canceled and refunded as obviously I had not used any of my "lookups". I explained my situation and they simply stated "Nothing we can do" deal with it essentially. I don't deny its there policy that you can not get a refund, but I just find that in this climate especially, why would you want to be charging people for something they don't want to use and you know can't afford in some cases. Since I help small businesses for a living, it just seemed like a grimy policy as we all have forgotten about an auto-renew and most companies have no problem refunding it if you catch it early. Multiple emails and all with a "deal with it mentality", left a bad taste in my mouth. My life theory is when people are openly shady you have to be extra careful about what else they are shady about you don't see.

RocketReach provides a very valuable service. i like the Chrome extension that makes it easy to look up contact information.

1) They provide personal email addresses which are not acceptable for business outreach and you are charged for them with no way to avoid them once you select "Get Contact".

2) they are completely unwilling to refund credits for bad information offering only the excuse of "That's just the way it works"

3) There are no default filter settings which is really frustrating. By default, you should be able to look only at specific geo regions, job titles, industries etc.

4) The job titles drop down is too limited and needs to be expanded and also should allow for default settings.

5) Very often completely unrelated contacts appear in results.

There isn't much to like. It's just a tool to get the email addresses of Linkedin contacts. Sometimes it's not even getting the correct email address.

They automatically enable the auto-renew, but when asked to refund after cancelling the account, the refuse to do so.

They just charged the credit card for 1 year in advance, but they refuse to refund after we cancelled the account, few days in the subscription. I do not recommend this solution.

nothing at all, the service was so bad. Not recommended.

customer service was not helpful, email few time also no reply. the website deduct my credit while the contact show incorrect.

Nothing. It just wasn't a good solution for what I was looking for

I sent them a screenshot of the cancellation page, however, I guess I did not complete it because I had to click on a reason for the cancellation. I'm sure that they could easily tell if I used the product or even logged in to the platform since the cancellation date (which was the same date I started the triel btw)
