What do you like best?
I loved the way that the email resend were set up No other email marketing company had the email resend option at the time that I was using Robly so i loved that feature and the ability to make campaigns based on who opened or didn't open each email
What do you dislike?
The customer service was absolutely horrible. And it's a shame, because it was one person who ruined the entire experience for me. However I believe it was on ongoing issue based on their lack of ability to communicate in an efficient manner after that first poor experience.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No other email marketing company had the email resend option at the time that I was using Robly so i loved that feature and the ability to make campaigns based on who opened or didn't open each email
What do you like best?
My computer saves my password so it's always easy to log into the program.
What do you dislike?
The constant headaches caused by failed merge tags, the inability to properly draft, access, and send emails from a mobile device, the links that suddenly stop working between the last test email and the blast, and the insane process to add and import new subscribers along with the lack of a dedicated API to connect with third party email sign up services and custom forms.

What do you like best?
Creating a list is relatively easy. That's about the extent of my positive feedback.
What do you dislike?
Wow. Not only is the software itself mediocre, but the customer service is absolutely horrible and the team is downright rude. Let's start with the software itself: it crashes constantly. When it IS working, you cannot hyperlink in emails (which just seems like it should be basic and the most you can do with a drip is send ONE additional email... and the only difference is the subject line. You cannot build out a drip with multiple different emails. Worst of all, however, is Robly's team. My account was inexplicably rejected with no explanation.... AFTER I had already set up all my campaigns. I asked for more detail and only got the same response over and over: they would not provide any information on why my account was rejected. My account was closed immediately so I could not even get back the information I had inputted or see which emails had already sent and which hadn't I've worked in marketing for years and this is honestly the worst experience with any platform I have ever had.

Skip it and try something else. Even if your account isn't rejected without explanation, the software is completely mediocre and you can find better for less money.

Email drip campaigns. Benefits are few to none.

Nothing whatsoever. These people absolutely suck. They are liars and thiefs.

These people invited me to use their platform and then cancelled my subscription after 10 days and didn't give me a refund. When I disputed this on my credit card they overturned the dispute by lying to my credit card company!

Don't go near them. They will rob you and scam you and waste your time.

spend an entire day, jumped through multiple hoops and was not even able to execute a single marketing campaign. you get what you pay for!

lack of customization, and capabilities, platfom is not intuitive, customer service was not helpful
