So right as BTC was dropping i sold and as it came back up i placed a buy order and all my money disappeared. Missed the whole wave up.

I made a mistake with a transfer and received a NSF. I paid the fee. My account AND MONEY has been frozen for 5 weeks. Every week I am told everything will be cleared in 1-4 days. Wow, you can do that? Just keep the entire portfolio, all the money? I wrote a review on the BBB and find others have had the same experience. I promised them I would write a review a day until they release my funds. This was a major part of my income - nasty awful bad! Roger Rahn

I'm being robbed $9 for a fraudulent withdrawal reversed fee.

Not professional at all. The customer service is nonexistent through email. The broker will sell your shares within hours if you get into a margin call. They don’t have any features. They don’t have a customer service you can call. Stay away don’t invest your money here.

Difficult to open an account, they demand a lot of personal info, confusing interface, lack of features, poor customer support, might be a scam based on other reviews.
