What do you like best?
I like you can leave reviews easily and is a great tool to do it
What do you dislike?
I don't like that i can't find 3 of the 5 companies i was looking for review. I really don't like the UX, i don't like the style of the site and it is a little confusing, i mean, the first time i didn't know where my review will appear.

i think there are other and best option to find and get reviews

I used like a customer so i think i can improve the rate of the companies and help another users to make a choise easily.
What do you like best?
Lets you take advantage of the personal 1:1 relationship built between technician and customer. People are more likely to write a review for a person that spent time helping them than for a company. Provides a reward system for staff that get reviews as well as a widget to feature a company's reviews on the company website and for each tech to have their own marketing "brag" page/flyer.

Some UX features could be improved to make it easier and faster

What do you like best?
One of the easiest and simplified ways to generate and receive online reviews consistently out there. I have worked with other forms of review generation and this is one of the easiest to use that generates the reviews you want and where you want them.
What do you dislike?
I can honestly say that there really isn't anything I dislike about this product. It is easy to use and generates the results I want to see.

If you are not using ReviewBuzz, why not. You need to do something for your reputation management. This is the perfect product for it.

We are seeing an increase in our search traffic and impressions because we are receiving those all important online reviews that help with our online ranking.
What do you like best?
Super easy steps for a happy customer to leave a review or steer them towards a feedback survey if they had a bad experience. Customer support and on-boarding team have been great to work with. The team is excited about the incentive program, something you've thought about doing for years but now have the ability through ReviewBuzz.
What do you dislike?
The office interface seems a bit outdated, but they're constantly making improvements. What matters most is what the customer sees, which makes up for the admin side.
