What do you like best?
It's a simple program and it is very intuitive, especially if they are new to the industry. This program helps simplify daily tasks.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything I dislike maybe just modify or add.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will change the way you work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Everything from reports to serving notices.
What do you like best?
ResMan is easy to navigate, and all of the links are clearly labeled. All of the choices for the many reports you can run are great.
What do you dislike?
Transfers could be easier, and right now we are unable to accept online applications because everything isn't linked yet to our lease and application software. I have used Yardi, Onesite, and Rent manager at past properties, and so far my favorite has been Onesite.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are still trying to fix all of our accounts from the integration, changing over from Yardi to ResMan. So we haven't been able to utilize everything in ResMan yet.

It is easy to use and is organized. The reports you can run are also great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they can improve the transfer feature. It'd also be great if we can accept online applications so it's easier for us to run the business.

It is a useful tool, but since we are still on the transition stage, I can't much comment on this.

we love the ability to text customers and stay in constant contact via text
What do you dislike?
some of the loops you go thru to do simple transactions in a residents profile

take your time before switching products and do a lot of research with current resman users

the ability to communicate thru text instead of calling and playing phone tag
