I'm trying to set up a sync from a computer to two NASes - one remote. I found the experience incredibly frustrating, and weeks later still haven't got it working to my satisfaction - veering between having multiple nested copies or no copies. The principle reason is the insistence in all the help documents that a NAS is just the same as another computer (try sending an email with a link to a NAS), so apart from the documents detailing the differences in how to install the app to different brands of NAS, all the help documents assume that your other device is either another computer, or a mobile device (for which the instructions are much clearer). I can't be the only person trying to do this - some simple examples would be helpful.
You cannot create encrypted folders on Android apparently due to CPU etc .. it's 2020 my phone is more powerful than my laptop. what decade was it when this decision was made?
Bought the licence because of the possibility to use it on 4 devices but unfortunately it doesn´t work. Send mail to the support but never received an answer.Therefore 1 star and even that is too much.
I purchased the program ..opened a case ..and the technical support simply send me to read the forums ..and he didn't even send me an email back, after I requested his help ponce more ... The guy name was Roman Zanin ..Really disappointed ...
Another annoying platform with a minimum of 5 people for the team plan. You know teams of less than 5 exist right?
