Will not refund my $69 because they charged my card 1 hour before I canceled. Both charging my card and my cancelling were done on the subscription renewal day, the 29th of November!
So they're charging me for the next 30 days even though I cancelled on time!
I feel like I'm dealing with children on the playground like they're singing "ladee-dee lalala" we charged your card 1 hour before you cancelled" with them sticking their tongues out and with waving hands hinging onto ears plugged with their thumbs! Very Childish!
Guess they're hurting pretty bad financially if they prefer to keep $69 and get bad reviews, filed complaints with state of CA and credit card disputes!
Bad business practices for sure!
