What are the best aspects of this product?

Not sure I see any benefit if the persons running the program don't understand what agents are submitting as proof of insurance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Staff is not trained to read certificates of insurance. Constantly rejecting Certificates even though we've supplied ALL requirements. Hard to get anyone on the phone, when you do, they don't know what they are looking at nor offer ways to resolve the issues.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Don't waste your money. Hire your own person to manage your certificates.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it lets me move between different screens with ease. It also lets me get the same information in different ways, especially residents' information. I also enjoy its capability to provide numerous reports that I can customize as well. With its intuitiveness, our busy office has become efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been times when it was difficult to customize the reports. They should offer more options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RealPage lets us document every facet of our operations so we can resolve conflicts quickly. And because we can access it from a browser, we can ease the communication lines between the administration and the site managers.

I don't encounter any difficulties when entering information into the system and when looking for it again.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not so easy to export reports in a format that can be read by Excel

RealPage has helped me keep track of tenants, prospective customers, and with our property records.

What are the best aspects of this product?

RealPage has made an effort to make its solution easy to use. It makes information easier to find because we can change how the home dashboard looks. Because of it, we managed to consolidate all our records from the property to the clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that there are more resources to help us get to know the application more. It is frustrating that when we run into problems, we cannot find the answer easily from the knowledge base. Plus, the lease term options are limited.

RealPage is a good software that keeps our information organized and updated.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about RealPage is how it reduces data entry. When I enter information to it, it automatically fills in other relevant fields. This is very helpful in our check processing and rent management workflows. Aside from that, I like the reporting capability of the software, too. It lets me add as many details as I need to one report so I do not have to generate different reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I have with RealPage is how it makes it difficult for us to oversee multi-site properties.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RealPage lets us track rent payments and send payment reminders to clients with ease. And because it allows us to see delinquencies, we can plan for rainy business days while ensuring that clients pay their dues.
