What are the best aspects of this product?

The only good thing about Rankwatch is that it Gets the rankings for the selected keywords, and lets you download it in Excel (Because you need to, their UI is pathetic)
Another good thing i liked is that at a very local level you can search for the rankings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- Horrible UI
- user access management has lots of bugs
- Improve support and refund policies

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Remind users to cancel their accounts instead of auto-renewals.
Offer refund in case of auto-renewal

Apart from tracking the keywords performance on search engines you can get in depth analysis of websites, urls, backlinks and other important SEO elements. Another good thing is that you can see the keywords moving in search positions and you can track them on location or search engine basis. You can easily compare your current standings with the previous period. Good to see the additional ranking elements at one place.

A lot of time the results from rankwatch goes not match to the actual results when you check keywords position on search engines specially Google results mismatch sometimes. Another point to mention is the other features like analysis and research is also provided by other softwares which can be improved.

A very good tool to track your keywords and do other analysis of the website. Apart from keywords tracking the other elements are good which you generally want to use from MOZ, Ahrefs or other available tools but other features needs a little improvement. Overall a great tool if you do not want to buy multiple softwares.

The main problem it solves to track the huge list of keywords for different websites. Otherwise I used to have someone working on compiling this data which took a lot of time. So definitely a time savior if you consider Rankwatch results as a benchmark.

The local search tracking and mobile site tracking are very much accurate. Even the website optimization ideas are pretty cool to make website SEO friendly and to load fast.

The interface is also user friendly which helps to check all your data at one place.

It lacks "in-depth" data analysis and this is the reason I think pricing is not justified.

I didn't get that in-depth analysis/data but still you should definetely try this as free trial is available. Also, it's bit expensive than other available tools especially for agencies.

I started using this mainly for tracking keyword rankings and this tool helped me enough in this. Rest of the features are fine but not great.

The best feature here is accuracy in tracking keyword rankings not only for desktop but also for mobile.Even the interface is easy to understand.

i have used several SEO tools in the past before trying Rankwatch and i can assure you that this is by far one of the best in the business. the most advanced and helpful tool i found in rankwatch is the ability to track the website data based on cities, there are many other tracking options too with selection from wide range of search engines and almost all countries as well as cities, which is really helpful if you run a local business and the overall ranking doesn't give you the real insight. the rank tracking is really good within the tool, its fast and very easy to use, you can easily keep track of your website ranking on different search engines and receive updates too, there is also an option to look back at the SERP page from a psat date to see how the rankings change. other than tracking the ranking there are also several other tools such as competition tacking, backlink analysis which help you find even the hidden backlinks which can affect your rankings. the dashboard is really nice, its elegant and very easy to use.

the support is really not that good, it took them days to reply to some of my queries. the speed of the website is average and sometimes it takes too much time to load.
