The application is big, unwieldy and doesn't lend itself to change.

We have a very customized software that fits our specific business requirements

As every erp package it is secured and best and can reach out multi country operations. There is also a level of efficiency in tracking the changes and amendments
What do you dislike?
Delay in transaction process. Even for a payment voucher it is taking time of around 15 minutes

We used to customize the ERP solution according to the individual customer.

This ERP is highly customizable. Employee on boarding, Time-Attendance, Payroll Processing module works very well.
What do you dislike?
Data migration is hectic and Statutory Reports never given expected results. Lots of statutory reports are not available.

Not recommended as Statutory Compliance processing is very difficult, otherwise good application.

We were able to solve complex time and attendance processing at large factories. Because of this Payroll processing became smooth.

Very competitive package at affordable cost

The user interface may look a bit dated. Performance lags may happen if volume of data to be handled is too high
