It is very easy to create your own website, fully customizable, its interface is very simple and has templates that facilitates the work as it allows you to work on these, manage the colors of preference, import contacts, among other functions, on the other hand allows you to collect fees and donations through the creation of a campaign or event, (alternative provided by the system), in addition to send emails and organize fantastic events to collect donations of goods or registration of new volunteers for our cause.That is to say that I can use CRM, Membership Management, Email Marketingy mobile applications, all in one, so it is really functional and its price is very affordable.
What do you dislike?
It is a very complete software, we have been using it for 10 months and we are very satisfied from the diversity of its functions to its performance.

Our Foundation Fondo Andres Bello promotes the improvement of the quality of life of indigenous peoples living in Colombia and Venezuela, said this we can highlight that since the implementation of this program we have managed the administration of our foundation through this website, automating all processes, forgetting to the old paperwork, we have managed to create campaigns to collect funds as well as volunteers, obtaining very encouraging results, also as we have uploaded images and videos of the activities, we have managed to attract the attention of many web public, which increases the possibility of contacting potential contributors to our work.
What do you like best?
We've started using this software for our alumni association and we've increased our revenues significantly. We can send an email to our members with an embedded payment link which they can click and pay easily without login. We love the social network aspect as well. Our members can now message to each other privately on this platform. Definitely recommended.
What do you dislike?
Even though we can customize several automated emails such as membership renewal reminders, application approved, birthday messages; we still need more customization (ie. event ticket purchase confirmation etc)

If you have an excel spreadsheet with your contact data, make sure to share it with the Raklet support team. They're really helpful and clean it up for you and make sure import would work without any issues.

We're using it as a CRM for our community. We have around 1000 potential members.
We send them emails and SMS.
We signup paid members, charge them automatically, save their card.
We sell tickets for our annual alumni day and track RSVPs.
We run fundraising campaigns to support educational activities for our high school.
Member engagement has increased significantly.
What do you like best?
It is a very easy to use program, its interface is very simple so its learning curve is minimal, even for inexperienced users like me, allows for a larger organization within the association both volunteers, employee and donors, also offers hosting in the cloud, with a page of our organization, fully customizable, under the name of "adm.raklet" which is provided at the time of creating the account . On the other hand helps me design campaigns for fundraising as well as digital marketing, create forms, communicate through the application, text or email, collect payments online (product sales and tickets, membership, donations, ...), simplify event management and reporting. Besides that it is a great advantage to allow importing contacts from other programs is great saves us a lot of work when loading information.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have more customization of the page on the board, in addition to the fact that the visualization of the information reflected on the board is more noticeable, could make a series of graphics, in addition to having the ability to store historical events and collections, and that we would be very useful this information when generating reports.

It is a platform very easy to use, has a simple but functional design, very intuitive, allows you to create custom pages in order to collect payments or donations, as well as virtually launch events, simplifying the management of events, on the other hand facilitates the organization of contacts, customers, donors and members of your team or volunteers, in addition to facilitating the creation of forms and generate reports, so it is a system that performs the community opening, organizational and creative networking of any company, business or in our case a non-profit civic organization, finally has a very functional mobile application in addition to very affordable plans and a free version.
What do you dislike?
I love it is a very effective tool, there is nothing that I dislike, however, I would love to be developed in depth billing in order to have greater accounting monitoring, both of donations and money received through the sale of tickets.

Before using Raklet, all our fundraising processes and event management were done in the traditional way, so it took us approximately 3 months to plan and conduct each event, plus we only used the social networks of the foundation and even ours, the personal of us employees to promote them, and since we started using Raklet simply took us to a higher organizational level, in addition to giving us the ability to effectively integrate all the social networks of our non-profit organization, which has allowed us to carry out more effectively the promotion or marketing of the organization as well as the events we perform, in addition to allowing us to schedule events, plan and recurring donation programs which has facilitated the assignments and tasks to us, employees and volunteers, so it has become a fundamental tool in our day to day helping us in the management of our nonprofit foundation, facilitating the achievement of goals and objectives.
