What do you like best?
Rakam is useful as a data visualization tool which also allows us to execute ad-hoc behavioural analytics queries alongside more indepth SQL/data analysis queries. It helps to reduce and streamline a lot of the manual labour we used to use on these processes.
What do you dislike?
We haven't encountered any major downside - although some interface differences have proven challenging to adjust to for certain staff members.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Rakan has a very easy-to-parse interface, which means we can usually access the data we need quickly, and share that data to third-parties without any privacy issues.
What do you like best?
As part of a data science team in my company, I am able to use this software accurately to analyze our sets of data and compare it with existing fields. This software is helpful in assessing events in real time and its UI is very easy to learn even for beginners. The layout is clean and concise and it is beneficial for everyone on our team. It is easily customizable and each report has a lot of information. It is effective for customer insight and any form of data analytics.
What do you dislike?
My least favorite part about Rakam would be the customer service as it usually takes one or two days to process any questions or doubts you have regarding the software, however other than that it is easy to install and an overall good product to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say to definitely use Rakam to make your own custom data reports because the interface tools are unique. It also has good email updates and tracks your data for you effectively and sends you quality reminders.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our data is kept within us and the privacy settings are good; this way we do not have to worry about any third party taking our plans. Creating reports from scratch is also good with BI and the visualization for data is top-notch, better than any other tool I have used in the past.

Ability to visualise data and is used as a good reporting tool to retrieve data. Data is not copied but run each time from the data source
What do you dislike?
Time consuming in the sense in one way the customer support is awesome but it is quite time consuming to get faster response maybe since it is relatively new.

Decisions are based off accurate representation of data and involves less of manual work need to gather data. So much more efficient.
