What do you like best?
Easy setup and quotes management and easy follow up on opened quotes

can not control change orders in a professional manner which leds your clients to believe there was an unfair change

A good product that is easy to use, however it lacks the ability to customise some of the features to suit our growing business. It seems we may have to find another platform as we have been unable to have the technical team make the changes we need in the software.
Really fantastic app for quoting jobs. Lots of options , dynamic quotes, multiple choice selections. You can attach pictures to estimates. Only thing I wish is that you could add discount as a percentage at the end of the quote net total. Other than that this is really customizable , you can use your company branding and logo. And its a really good way to make your quotes look professional !
Excellent application, it helps me do a very professional quote in literally minutes. It is improving everyday, like always there is still room to improve even more but I would definitely recommend this to anyone
What do you like best?
Quotient gave us a simple interface that perfectly fits with our business model. It's simplified, easy to work with, and is extremely convenient.
What do you dislike?
There's no easy way to include a required downpayment or deposit. We've had to get creative with that and make the changes on the invoice once the quote is approved. A bit annoying, but we don't often use deposits anyway, so it's a minor inconvenience.

It's worth checking out! We started with a trial, and loved it so much we kept it.

Getting away from the far too detailed quoting software we were previously using. Quotient integrates with our QuickBooks Online, creates our invoices automatically, and takes moments to create quotes vs. the old way that took a good 20-30 minutes per quote.
