This product has potential, but I've used Quotewerks for at least 5 - 6 years and the one problem I experience the most is an outdated form editor. It's wonderful that the company feels a need to often tout many updates to the software and over the years not one update has been anything I use. I need a decent form editor so I don't have to regularly spend hours adjusting my forms. When I first started with Quotewerks I paid for a template to match my companies quote form and since I have had to adjust the form for almost every quote. The fields for some reason change position and require tweaking regularly. There is no way to zoom in on the form and select the proper field as they are jumbled together and what is visible in the editor is not what it looks like when looking at the actual form. I don't need the Amazon bundled features. I do general quoting, P.O.'s and invoicing. Fix the horrible editor!

Cannot sync live, products and prices. Inventory sync with Quick Books cannot get to work. Tech support poor. Looking for other programs....

There are many things you need to work on, like the template on quote valet. I work in a field that needs to be more flexible when it comes to item selection. The template sets a predetermined selection that I personally can not use for the demand of verity in the demands of my job's purpose is too significant.

Programme good and versatile but the "Help" information is appallingly bad. One enters simple queries and it produces completely random and irrelevant answers.

I wish a double-click would only select an item. Sometimes it opens a dialog box. Inconsistent with itself and the Windows GUI.
