What are the best aspects of this product?

This analytic tool holds everything in one place, you can combine and group profiles so you can be more focused on one brand at a time. You can even compare two brands on the same social media platform. I have to say that the accuracy of info is great. Before paying for the product they offer you trial version without requirement of credit card details. I like that there is always someone in customer service that responds to the queries. This is great because it ensures me that my queries are responded in more professional way. The other good thing I love about this one is the fact that it allows me to export in many different formats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Before using the Swap feature it would be great to read all instructions in order to understand how the product works. All in all the product is excellent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to get information in xlsx format. I am able to view the stats online along with charts. I can make quick judgments and decision in order to provide fast recommendation to the brand owner.

What I like about Quantly is the ability to adapt it to anything you need. As a social media software allows you to focus on interaction and growth. Also, there is an option to create useful graphics so you can analyze whole year. We can easily track our competitors and see how they are doing, we don’t need to speculate about them or to manually look for their most liked contents. There is even an algorithm that lets you know whether a post is organic or paid. It is an amazing software for tracking every social media outlet (blogs and sites).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is the price, so be careful of which social media outlets you choose because it depends of the plan you have.
