The terminated their B2B API with no notice period and not reference to alternatives, so other businesses instantly lost this building block in their product. This kind of business behavior is highly irresponsible towards your long time customers, I simply can’t get that they behaved in this manner.

It was good but I just received "suspicious activity notice" and can't use my account. I don't know what suspicious activity they are referring, there is no customer service phone number available, I'm cancelling my account today

Don't believe their money-back guarantee if canceled within 3 days. I tried their premium service and decided that I could do what I needed with their free service so canceled the next day. I got a reply straight away sayingI can't find any record of a premium subscription being associated with this account - it's possible the subscription is under a different email (this can happen due to an accidental misspelling when creating an account).
