Ordered phone off these. Which took forever. When came was a fault on phone, which they say has been checked "what a laugh that is". Sent phone back awaiting a refund. Still waiting for it a month after they have received the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY. If could leave no stars I would.

This company is a scam. Difficult to deal with not to be trusted had I read reviews would not have dealt with them.Many issues and too tired to write them all here just look on neg reviews on google says it all.

Don’t buy from this company. Five months of promises to repay me £209 and I went to my credit card company who agreed to cover the debt. Log onto the quick mobile fix support group on Facebook to see the sheer number of people who have and have had problems.

Quickmobilefix, where do i start?, Phone ordered on the 9/7/2019, never arrived, they cancelled the order saying i would be refunded in 3 days, 7 days later still no refund, they then said check your bank we have refunded you.No money in my bank, contacted them again for the 9th time.They then stated they had refunded me on the 8;9/2019, a day before i actually placed my order.17/7/2019 they then said we were looking at The wrong order you will be refunded on the 22/7/2019; this is 13 days after they cancelled my order yet still took the money out of my account.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS.i have referred them to trading standards who have now been in touch with me, i have also referred them to rip off britain as there are so many complaints about them hanging on to peoples money for many days and weeks, what a disgusting customer service from a very corrupt company

Quick mobile fix. Please don't buy from this company. They sent me a badly scratched and unusable phone. I returned it recorded delivery to the Ilford branch and they haven't returned my money, or replied to any of my emails. Their phone number does not work. I think watchdog is my next step.Deneaze.
