Was great to start, now when there's a problem not receiving replies. Paid for a service for the last 8months that can't be used.
To hard for beginers
I only use Quickfile for MTDVAT and find it easy to use and the results are good but the 3Star standard would be improved if there was a way of talking to the administrators directly for queries and technical advice.
Gets the job done, pretty good for free. Not very helpful at times; if I need to correct an opening balance, why does that involve something called a "journal" which has a bunch of rules like "entries must be in pairs" with no obvious help available on that page?
It's ok but bank account link is flaky.I've used better but it's cheaper than xero and sage.
