What do you like best?
The data manipulation tools in Inspire designer are amazing. Hugely powerful and fast, even when dealing with huge amounts of data. Most of the time it is easier for users to give me raw data and for me to create a set of manipulations that can be run as needed then for them to reorganised and cleanse the data themselves. The built-in tools meet most requirements but the ability to add scripts at every level means that the system is infinitely tweakable.
What do you dislike?
Inspire is an immensely powerful enterprise tool and therefore a certain level of complexity is expected, but the learning curve for it is like Everest. It is steep and goes on for what feels like forever.
I have been working with the tools for almost 3 years and barely feel like I have scratched the surface. I find a new tool or way to do things every week and end up going back to and making things better all the time.
Luckily the online support community is great and always ready to help find a solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is not the only solution of its kind but of the ones i've used it is by far the best. The level of flexibility and the power of the tools make it capable of meeting all your requirements.

Quadient inspire takes the boring and cofusing output of our primary fund managment solution, and produces amazing looking, information packed reports that help our clients see what is happening with their money. Its allows us to meet our reporting standards in a way that is customised for our users.
What do you like best?
This is a CCM platform that helps companies to obtain a personalized administration and management of communications. You can make a multiple registration, print and generate PDF at the same time. In addition, many types of output files can be created through it, PDF, PS, XML, HTML text, Image, JIF among others. It is easy to use compared to other printing software. It also has tools for automation, which you can configure in a simpler way. You maintain work fluency and save time that you can channel into other area.
What do you dislike?
Our results have been good and satisfactory, but for some members of the work team it has presented a very steep learning curve, however it is not a problem since our objectives have been fulfilled and compared to other software it is a bit high the cost but for us it is worth every penny.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is ideal for any large-scale variable document composition, plus workflows and templates for invoices, reminders, contracts and much more can be created in a matter of hours. It has tools and functions that are easy to use but at the same time you will also learn every day from each one of them, you can channel the time saved in other areas if you wish, in general it is very complete and when compared with other software it is better, it is worth what cost. Totally recommended.

We use this software as the engine that drives the production of documents for our company, where we are the providers of services, printing and mail for credit cooperatives and local companies, we also create workflows for the entire team in a short time period of time and we can focus on other areas to improve the performance and productivity of our company. We have the ability to configure complex universal templates for frequently repeated tasks. We are happy with the results and now we have the ability to provide higher quality work.
What do you like best?
Ease of use, drag and drop options, and help options , help documents, best for use in variable printing, best customer communication management package for every digital platform.
What do you dislike?
The software package is big, so it's cost.
Each module has a lot of cost, thus a usage become costly effort than getting work done from somewhere else, rather than buying.

What do you like best?
The Quadient platform is an integrated omni-channel solution. The best part, it has a single Designer for the compositionlayout technicians to learn. Finding, training and retaining skilled employees is a significant challenge. With Quadient and namely Designer, you can start inexperienced technicians with simpler job setups and have them productive. As their skills grow, they stay with the same toolset, giving them more complex job setups.
What do you dislike?
The overall platform is very feature rich, which can seem dauntingly complex to new users. Though this becomes less of a challenge over time as understanding of the platform increases.
