What are the best aspects of this product?

Pushpay has allowed us to open up more avenues for giving. For one, the younger population of our church community has been enjoying this app more. The same goes for those who don’t always carry cash or their checkbooks with them. From our end, we’ve also been able to direct the specific accounts (within our “parent” account) for which the payments would automatically go to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m really happy with our partnership with Pushpay.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been really easy for us to receive donations even from members who are on vacation or are not in town. They can easily send in their donations through this app. It has been easy to keep track of those who have given donations as well.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The main benefit that Pushpay really sells is the ease of sending donations for its users. I regularly donate to my ministry, however, I don’t like carrying larger sums of money at a time too. This is why I end up giving just up to $50 in church. But with Pushpay, I can now send more. Even better, I can even indicate which initiative or project in church my money should go to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As with all app installations, I really am averse to the idea of having to set up my account--linking my email address and my bank details. I guess this has more to do with me than the app itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been able to transact more efficiently. Now, I no longer miss giving donations to my ministry. This has been such a beneficial tool to me and my church.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We initially had this app set up for members of our church who don’t always carry cash or checkbooks with them. Through Pushpay, we’ve been able to solicit for donations more efficiently. Transferring of money can be done with just a few simple clicks of a button. Offering our members to pay through Pushpay has been a really nice addition to our ministry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app does need us to do some grunt work. By this, I mean that we do need to constantly update our members’ database so that everything is up-to-date.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to give one more payment option to our members. This transaction has been well-received by the community so far.
