What do you like best?
The handheld and the fixed tablet with the pos function works perfectly together. Sorting products and calculation works good. The panel of the dashboard is great and offers a perfect overview.
What do you dislike?
Splitted payments can be more detailed, it's not possible to split the service charge without getting a wrongly calculated tax summary.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Management of our order system and connecting it with the POS payment system. Orders will be checked and the connection with the label printer works instantly and correct. Handling the variety of different meal groups and menus (packages) it's easy possible. The manager comes with a clear dashboard and admin functions too.
What do you like best?
We are using Pure Automate cloud hotel PMS. Integration between two products of the same brand makes our work easier.
What do you dislike?
Everything we needed with a system, those are fully satisfied. Need to improve in banquet management. But an update, they resolve the problem and now it is smooth to operate.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Sales are managed easily. We can import all the reports on what time durations we want. In prospect of Restaurant growth, I recommended adopting this system.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
First, we are unable to integrate with our hotel system. Minor issues were coming as they were different products. But now, we use a bunch product of the same brand, so all issues which arose are solved with this.
