What do you like best?
It had a beautiful user interface ; dashbaord was self explanatory and easy to navigate around.
What do you dislike?
We had issues opening new chats.On countless occasions , we opened a new chat only for the agent to be told the customer had gone offline.Turned out the notification system was sometimes late,thus informing us of new chats after the customer had gone offline.It was a free trial though,don't know if the paid version was any different.
Interestingly even the free trial at the time was just for ten chats per month ; how ridiculoous,didnt last a day before we took it off.Was way back in 2015,I expect they must have been improvements now surely.

Do a free trial first and see if they have now fixed their issues.

Aesthetics. Simple and to the point, minimalist design appeals to young crowd.

Too frequent disconnections, especially on mobile

they work with scammers they provide chats for them....
Bought a envy 6032 printer last week from Currys all OK until I sent it up, didn't give me the 5 months free ink trial, sent HP a message no reply. Called the helpline told me they would call me back.. went on Purechat which was a link on their web page. Very strange conversation I thought it was a scam still not sure, very unprofessional service.I won't be having the free ink trail very difficult company to contact. And Purechat weird customer service Scam?

I like how I am building a strong relationship with my customers.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that I cannot insert photos into the chat.
