What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool allows you to get notifications on your mobile phone with the help of the mobile app. You do not have to be at the office to know that there is a problem with the system. The notifications come with alert levels to help you decide on the urgency of the issue. For example, if you are not in the office and the issue is not as urgent, you can wait until you get to the office to have it fixed. It allows for customization and monitoring of your hardware. You can also check the disk storage and what is left and the temperature level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The payment criterion did not make sense. I have to pay for multiple computers even for those using the same server. It only makes sense when you are using different servers but for workstation or home computers, it should be free up to a certain number of computers after paying for a single computer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has allowed us to monitor everything on the server and hardware. When the disk space is about to deplete, you get an alert. You can set up a level below which you will receive notifications that your disk space has dropped. You can also monitor the temperatures of your servers and disks. When the network is available or has gone down, you can also get alerts on this.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pulseway has a rich suite of up-to-date management tools that are accessible at a price lower than the market average. It is highly convenient for us that we get to access its functionalities using any device, either on-premise or via the cloud.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it needs more scaled-up iterations to be on a par with Windows, the industry benchmark.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pulseway has significantly improved our monitoring and management. Because we can access its commands anywhere we are and anytime we want, we can better monitor whatever is happening to our system and respond immediately to problems.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is mobile enabled, which means you have control at your disposal on the go. It has a real-time monitoring feature that allows you to monitor issues in both your hardware and software. This helps to deliver quality services to customer as you can have the problem fixed before your clients can call for support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a lot to desire about Pulseway. However, they need to improve on the language part of it. They need to develop the product in multiple languages as there are some people who would want to use it but they do not understand the English language.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the problems we experienced in the past with our ISPs we can now monitor our local and email servers, internal networks and VPNs with ease. The downtime has been sliced to 10% and we can now respond in the shortest time possible when there is a problem and thus serve our clients in the best way. Our everyday work runs smoothly, thanks to Pulseway.
