PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspects would probably be the large library of ready to use templates which they provide. There have been many cases where we’ve just used one of the templates without making any changes at all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Honestly, there’s no real aspect where I’ve found this tool to be lacking, but there are random glitches that occur sometimes. If they are resolved, it would be great.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used this tool to measure and evaluate our Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction scores.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. I was able to build a basic survey in minutes.
What do you dislike?
Not a lot of advanced options or ability for customization.

It's great if you need to build simple surveys quickly.

Fielding basic surveys. Very quick, easy to build surveys.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
We run an eCommerce company and we always look forward to customer feedback to improve our services better. But at the same time, we like the fact that ProProfs Survey Maker lets us do that in our own style. We can customize and add branding to our surveys and send them out hassle-free.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No complaints so far. The product is awesome and makes our work so easy as we’ve already got access to 100+ beautiful survey templates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve successfully managed to create interactive surveys since we can add a beautiful background image and even images for that matter to the survey. And it has helped us in a way to engage with our customers further and improve response rate.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to customize the surveys to evaluate any portion of the business or employee. I like the scoring system and integration with api's into other compatible domain. Other features I like most now having the platform would be detailed report and analysis that is web based with simple dashboard made to be able to.
What do you dislike?
Asit is the same thing that turns me off about all the other platforms. It is the same thing here with the pricing structure seems to never be conveyed truthful during evaluation.

use the trial to its full advantage and really play around and create surveys tailored to your role and business specific to see how it will fit within the organization and if it will work well for your team like it did for mine.
