I had to edit this review because I feel this tool has taken a huge turn. Expectations of the tool that were promised to our team have been wildly inaccurate. There are lots of bugs with: the salesforce integration, the fee tables, the workflow.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend planning out phases of implementation if you have a lot of templates to move over because it will help when you're looking at a bunch of templates and you're overwhelmed with where to start. Another great practice is to pdf all your old templates and tie them to Salesforce if you're not doing that already so you have the ability to look back on old terms without moving all of them into your new platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In theory it should be a fast and easy way to create proposals that look good and you can still customize a bit for each one.

What do you dislike?

Everything is slow - the system, the number of steps and clicks to do something and their support team.

There are too many clicks to do simple things - they don't put them in the right spaces, and when you click the wrong thing - it is hard to go back and change it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You get what you pay for, and they are definitely cheaper than some of the alternatives. It has the potential to be a great product - but they don't seem to listen well to customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can quickly (ish) get proposals out to people and there is an auto reminder if they don't open it which is great and saves a step of follow up on my part. It just should and could be a lot better.

I like that it is digital and can be sent with sharable links to customers.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that changing things around has some weird easy user format, but if you try to get into the programming side it's really hard to work with.

I would look at all the dynamic fields you will need to work. If it's many changes that need to happen, it's not as fluent as some bidding softwares for things that change with more complex number calculations.

This is a great software to use if your bids are streamlined and you don't have to change a whole lot for each job. Just duplicate it and assign a new person's name to it.

It's user friendly, you can add an email (provide templates) and edit that style to your branding, folders for templates and content, work spaces are practical.

What do you dislike?

Signatures are unreliable sometimes you get from a contact, sometimes unknown signee, sometimes neither. Signature can to be from a client only but we need to have people to sign from management that don't have a proposify account so it's unrealistic. Unknown signee links are too complicated to find. Fonts are always changing and depend of one template, the editing of templates in general needs a big improvement.
