What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how simple this software is. It allows me to create multiple reports in less than no time. It is highly helpful solution for property managers and operators to manage their business with various property types and mixed portofiols. Also, it offers mobile-responsive websites and maintenance contact center with automated vendor dispacthing for emergencies

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It crashes from time to time and he access is hard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By using this system I can create reports on the go. It helps me to better manage my business activities and to keep my work well organized.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I have everything centralized. It meets all our needs from running robust reports, accepting rent online, providing tenant and owners with an online portal, automatically posting rento to managing maintenance and routine work orders. In addition, I like that they have various levels of users like marketing agent to handyman. This is my go to software for property management because it covers every facet of proeperty management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works great but the Owner’s Statements are confusing for me. Sometimes the software is cumbersome but I saw that the team worked very hard to improve it. Also, I don’t like that I can have only one thing open at a time. Every new feature is additional $.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a large all-in-one platform so we can have great interaction with the tenants, office staff and owners. One of the greatest benefits are its online chat capavilities with our staff, tenants and owners.

What are the best aspects of this product?

If you are familiar with QuickBooks you won’t have any troubles in working with PropertyWare it is similar to this one. I like that everything within the system is well organzied and simple. It is great for small residental properties. Also, I like that it’s scalable solution and this means that clients can adjust the subscription plans so they can include features they need to run their businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To log a deposit you have to go through several steps and this is time consuming process, they could make it simpler.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to log our expenses and incoming rents from tenants. It saves us lot of time and money to do our job perfectly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all I like that this is cloud-based solution made for small residental properties. It has three main modules like property management, marketing and accounting, also, there are moduls for property maintenance, contact centers and vacation rental management. In addition, it offers great set of features like tracking properties, managing work orders and managing leasing and renewal processes. Also, I like that there is a social networking style of collabotration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have dislikes about the string of email chains, they are hard to keep up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that this tool helps us to be more organized and to streamline our work processes. We are able to manage our business and to provide great service to our customers.
