They simply don't bother replying to potential customers. Filled out form on their site multiple times, emailed them, and even messaged them on Facebook and crickets.Don't trust your sites conversion rate with someone who can't even get back to new business.
What do you like best?
I liked the concept and idea how being able to gather proof of purchase
What do you dislike?
I didn't like service of the representatives. I joined proof and did not have luck installing the pixel on my website. I then PAID someone else to do this service. It still did not work. I reached out to customer service to schedule a call for support. I woman named Megan said she did not have any availability until the following week. I then received an email from Ryan offering to take the call since Megan was not available and then Ryan decided he would not take the call either. I was not disappointed that there was no availability that week but asked on numerous occasions if they would be willing to schedule a call and they would not do it. It was a waste of my time and money. I am disappointed they don't value their customers enough to help with technical issues. I do NOT recommend
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Again, the concept is good but the service is not. U am also not sure if there are occasional bugs and kinks with the platform as it did not work despite me paying a professional to do it for me.

Proof did not work. No one from the customer service team seemed to care.

There are several ways to customize the tool and also a way to A/B test the results.
What do you dislike?
We can't seem to generate a consistent, positive ROI in our A/B testing, so I'm not certain it's worth it unless we can show better performance.

We're trying to increase the conversion rate on our website. We have occasionally seen a minor increase, but not sure if it's worth it.

Proof lowers the feeling of risk for all of your visitors. This makes it more likely for them to take a chance on you.
What do you dislike?
I cant see which pages proof is on so i cant get my amount of sessions lowered deeming this almost impossible for me to use. So if you want to use it on lots of pages make sure you document it because proof wont be able to help if you dont.
