Marg Powered Now

We switched to Powered Now earlier this month as we had to change our software. We had a few very promising demos and training sessions, however when we went live we found lots of issues with the everyday use of the system. You cannot open more than one window so it’s hard to write an invoice and see all of the job information at the same time. When booking a job, you can’t see which engineer is booked in for other jobs so you can’t easily book an appointment without it clashing with others. It would also send invoices to our accounting software without letting us know and we could not even search for jobs properly! Various other issues arose and we tried to deal with them and contact Powered Now to help us, however their response time was awful. No one replies with any urgence and when they do, they do not seem to offer any practical solutions. We tried to sort out the issues but we had had enough and we moved software once again. Since leaving, we have had very poor communication from Powered Now and they refuse to refund any money, even though we only stayed for 5 days as the software was that shocking. Very disappointed.

Overall we had a very poor experience with powered now. There Customer support team was almost impossible to get ahold of. Most of the time I was stuck trying to talk to a bot. Very frustrating. We switch to a new product and they provided resources and customer support people to make sure we were utilizing their product to maximize value for our company. In addition we stop using powered now early (we signed up for one year membership) after the year concluded they charged again for the year. We Let them know as soon as we got the bank statements and they said it was too late to cancel membership

AWFULFull of bugs and errors, customer service absolutely useless. I am looking for something more reliable - as a business owner something quick and easy is needed, invoices, quotes and projects that go missing or don’t save means possible loss of profits and time wasted.** Your chat facility’s does not work either so that’s not possible - another example of how useless it is **

DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM. THEY ARE LIARSWe were offered and agreed a package in line with offers they had on. They then revoked/denied this on this without explanation, lied about calls and ignored my communications. Untrustworthy charlatans. Didn't have have the decency to even call me or apologise. Clear Breach of contract yet they blame their customers.

Had been with this company for the last five years until I was told the package I was had subscribed to was no longer available and my subscription cost for the equivelent was now tripple the price. I also had security concerns regarding the privacy of quotes and estimates as a memeber of staff was able to log into my account using my password that I hadn't supplied. I've since found far better, profession and cheaper alternatives.
