Two pillar of support Lalit and Sujith. They haven been of great help through out these 2 years.

Better understanding staff below the leadership team who is equally committed on closing the issues faster and more efficiently. This is the first any feedback is been taken in last two years, however an quarterly feedback would help both.

Customer Service!! Its not just about the product that you sell, but also how you back it up with service.
What do you dislike?
Still limited in a few ways in terms of accessibility and the Print Utility factor... you are very dependent on Windows OS to make things work smoothly. Have an option of making it SIMPLER for working on an iPad with a network printer. Its quite complicated last I remember talking to you guys about it. Handheld portability has tremendous possibilities.

My entire billing system is on Posist... easy to use and understand even for staff. Reporting should be made linkable to online drive options like Google Drive or DropBox to make reports available in the cloud in simple formats.
