Awful / virtually no support when I had a problem. The code did not work on my website and they responded once with a short answer that did not help me at all. I sent multiple emails after but they opened and chose not to respond to my emails. I will never use this site again.
So I did everthing according to the article and it still didn't work. I was trying for hours before I contacted their customer support. Emre only asked for my Shopify password and then he disappeared for days. He claimed my password was wrong, and although I said I can change it just for him, he just left and never answered even though I still tried to get to him, asking him to try, as I was loggin in and out to confirm my password is correct. This seems like a scammy site, with such a horrible customer service representative.
Low quality product run unprofessionally. I wouldn't trust them with my business again.
We needed to build an efficient email list and to have subscribers that take the desired action. After meeting with Popupsmart, we quickly become able to turn visitors into our customers. Now we have 1500+ subscribers, around 25% of them have signed up, 13% of them engaged with our brand thanks to Popupsmart!
What do you like best?
The customer service was awesome. I had a technical problem while adding the popup code to my website. Okay, I admit, I didn't take the explatory product tour. Popupsmart team responded quickly and worked for me until my problem is solved. Thank you guys for your friendly approach to the customers.
What do you dislike?
Popupsmart has a simple designed dashboard including a free product tour. But if you don't click on the "Save and Continue" button, popup doesn't appear on your website.
