What do you like best?
... not much. It has been a functional tool for our organization to plan and track work across multiple practice areas, but it's a hot mess.
What do you dislike?
I think the interface relies too heavily on a visual metaphor that's not actually useful (the "card" metaphor).
I find it difficult to view a simple list of my own tasks without scrolling around a huge board. Even filtering for my cards still leaves me scrolling a lot.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're a 30-person web agency managing numerous client and internal projects. LeanKit helps us see what state our work is in.
What do you like best?
Very little. Leankit is a poor implementation of software. It's a very basic "cards on a board" approach to project management. Might work well for a tiny project, but for large scale it's not appropriate.
What do you dislike?
The over design of the board columns with groupings. It doesn't help and basically makes everything management overkill. There is no way to do "portfolio" long term planning and management. When looking at a parent card that has numerous child cards, you cant even see the child card at all which is pointless. After contacting them about this, they never wrote back. Worthless customer support.

Atlassian Suite of products. (JIRA, Portfolio, Confluence)

What do you like best?
This would be useful, if it was stable. Unfortunately, it was frequently unusable and we were frequently unable to save updates.
What do you dislike?
Frequently crashes, terrible customer service. Once free trial ended, data and functionality were withdrawn which inconvenienced us and made it unsuitable for our needs.
Leankit has a potentially illegal attitude to refunds in the UK and slow customer service. Avoid.

None, it was too unstable to be much use. Features on less than gold standard are not adequate for the tasks we needed.
What do you like best?
I like that you can organize kanban cards into "swim lanes" unlike other kanban softwares.
What do you dislike?
There is no way to upload an image to the card and have it show on the board (ie. the way that Trello works). this is a huge disadvantage for my team since they're designers and very visual people. Much easier to identify a project by a thumbnail of what it looks like than a bunch of numbers :)

Using it for our team kanban board. It's helped us to keep things organized using lanes and color tags, but definitely could use the addition of thumbnail images.

This application is easy to use and we can manage it for several situation

Lack of some features, and we can't customize it for some oter projects
